Monthly Training

This program is for the "Serious Athlete" who wants to get on a set Strength & Conditioning Program for his or her athletic needs.  We offer 2, 3, 4 or 5 day per week programs.  These sessions will be either 1 on 1 or in a small group of the same gender and age. 

2 days per week: $200/month

3 days per week: $300/month

4 days per week: $375/month
